 What is soft play?

Soft play is an indoor/outdoor play experience specifically designed to provide a soft and safe play space for littles to enjoy.

How often is the equipment cleaned?

Posh cleaning policy requires the equipment to be cleaned and sanitized before setting up for your party and again before being stored.

What ages are appropriate for soft play?

Posh soft play equipment is designed for  0-5 years old. In addition to soft play we do have a selection of Ball pits suited for any type of event for all ages! Birthday, Corporate events, weddings, you name it!  

How do I book?

The best way to book your party is to fill out the contact or use the rental section to book directly.  Our Posh coordinator will get back to you within 24-48 hours.  Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within that 24-48 hour time frame.  You may also contact us via Instagram or Facebook.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require 50% of the total invoice due upon booking. 

How does the security deposit & payment process work?

The deposit is made on the day you reserve the date and confirm the time for the chosen rental.  5 days prior to the party the payment for the total amount of the chosen rental is required.  Should any excessive damage occur during rental an additional fee may apply!

How long is the rental?

All rentals are up to 4 hours unless arranged prior to the event.  

Do you offer additional rental time?

Yes.  We offer additional rental time. Contact Posh for more information.

Do you set up indoors?

Yes.  In addition to outdoor setups, we can accommodate indoor setups given there is adequate room to do so.

What is your weather policy?

We do not set up outdoors if there is rain or any other inclement weather in the forecast.  Please have an alternative location provided for us to set up.  Otherwise, we will not set up and not refund the security deposit.  You may reschedule your event for another date.

Are there any delivery fees/service?

If you reside within the Midland or Odessa city limits, there are no delivery fees.  If you live outside the Midland or Odessa city limits, then there will be a delivery fee.  Contact Posh for more information. All large events are subject to an attendant fee and or service.

How can I prepare my play area before Posh arrives?

The perfect posh paly area should be level terrain and maintained grass if held outside and free of animal droppings, sticks, rocks, and/or other debris. *We will not set up on dirt or mud. If the setup area is within range of sprinklers, ensure they are off.

What information will I need to provide to Posh for a smooth setup?

Most of the time setups are smooth and are completed within a reasonable amount of time.  However, each setup is unique and comes with its own set of obstacles.  It helps to know the layout and highlight the difficulties of your venue. These include but are not limited to; stairs, narrow paths & walkways, landscaping & sprinklers, excessive distance from parking to the venue, and hours of operation at the venue impeding time of setup/teardown.

What is your cancelation policy?  

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us ASAP.  Cancelation requests submitted 7 business days or more before the event rental date will receive a full refund on the security deposit.  Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit.
